About the Job

As a Care Supervisor for Home Care Nordost, you will play a key role in our operations, contributing to creating a safe and meaningful everyday life for our care recipients.

As a care supervisor, you will support the nursing assistants to ensure that we deliver high-quality care that truly makes a difference. You will work closely with both the care recipients and their relatives, giving you a unique opportunity to build relationships, create trust, and understand how the operations function for our care recipients.

Your main responsibilities include

• Coaching and guiding care staff in their work
• Supporting and implementing qualitative interventions based on complex cases for our care recipients
• Continuously developing and improving work methods together with the unit manager and care staff

We are looking for someone who is stable and secure in their role, flexible, and has a good ability to meet both colleagues and care recipients. You are communicative, collaborative, and have a pedagogical approach. Together, we can create an environment where we learn from each other and grow as individuals.
