As an employee with us, you will start from the individual's specific needs and wishes and provide support in daily life based on a pedagogical approach. Together with your colleagues, you will work towards making each day meaningful and enriching. You will support and guide with meals, some personal care, medication management, cleaning, and contact with authorities.

An important part of the job is to stimulate and motivate the residents to develop their abilities and create opportunities for an active and meaningful leisure time. Your tasks also include documenting and planning based on implementation plans. Working hours are scheduled during the day, evenings, and weekends.

We are now looking for more staff for various clients, one of whom is extremely aggressive, so it is important that you have experience in similar work.

You who are applying should have at least a high school education in care and social services or another equivalent education. You have good knowledge of Swedish in both speech and writing, good computer skills, and experience in documentation. It is an advantage if you have experience working with the target group.
