RESPONSIBILITIES

Your role includes working with the unit manager to monitor and oversee the quality work within your team. This includes following up on adherence to guidelines and routines, ensuring that the team works towards achieving the established goals of the organization. As a quality responsible nursing assistant, you will be part of the team and also engage in regular care work. You will collaborate with other quality responsible nursing assistants at the facility. Your task includes coaching and mentoring the staff in the team you are responsible for.

QUALIFICATIONS

Qualified nursing assistant. You must be able to present a professional certificate. Experience and knowledge in care and nursing are required. You should be able to express yourself well in Swedish, both verbally and in writing, and have good computer skills.

Working hours are scheduled for day and evening shifts during weekdays and weekends.
