About the assignment

Do you have experience in ILS and want to work on the front line of technology – where your contribution actually affects the reliability and lifespan of systems? We are now looking for an ILS Engineer (Integrated Logistics Support Engineer) for a consulting assignment with our client in the defense and systems development area.

As an ILS engineer, you will be an important part of the team that ensures operational reliability, maintainability, and long-term supportability in advanced technical systems. You will work broadly within Supportability Engineering – from analysis and planning to technical coordination and improvement work throughout the entire lifecycle.

Location: Arboga or Solna, with the possibility of hybrid work (1-2 days/week in Arboga).

Examples of tasks:

Develop and further develop Integrated Support Plans (ISP) for new and existing systems. Conduct analyses such as FMECA/FMEA, LORA, MTBF, and Life Cycle Cost (LCC). Work with areas such as spares optimization, obsolescence management, and maintenance planning. Collaborate with RAMT and ILS engineers to analyze, verify, and report system data. Coordinate technical content in ILS reports and review deliverables. Contribute to the improvement of processes, support performance, and maintenance strategies.

We believe you have:

Experience in at least one of the following areas: ILS, System Engineering, Supportability Engineering, or Technical Operations Management. Experience in developing and implementing Integrated Support Plans (ISP) and integrating ILS deliverables into larger system solutions. Experience in conducting FMECA/FMEA analyses. Understanding of how operational reliability and maintainability affect technical design. Ability to work systematically and collaborate in multidisciplinary teams.

Meritorious:

Experience in influencing design through Reliability and Maintainability analyses. Knowledge of Testability Analysis and troubleshooting methodology. Experience from defense, automotive, or industrial system projects.

The position is a consulting assignment and involves employment with us at Krets.The assignment may in some cases require you to undergo and be approved according to the applicable security protection regulations.
