About the position

As a property manager at Victoriahem, you will have a central and business-driven role with responsibility for your own property portfolio. You will take overall responsibility for ongoing management, drive maintenance and development issues, and work closely with tenants, operations teams, contractors, and colleagues. You are the one who sees the big picture – from technology and finance to relationships and well-being – and through a clear and present leadership creates structure, direction, and good conditions for the property portfolio to develop positively over time.

This is a role for you who appreciates the breadth and dynamics of property management. You thrive where people are and are motivated by creating both measurable results and satisfied tenants. You are present in the business, clear in your leadership, and build culture through your way of being – unpretentious, attentive, and action-oriented.

Your main responsibilities

• Ongoing management and planned maintenance
• Minor maintenance and improvement projects
• Inspections during move-in and move-out
• Financial follow-up and business decisions
• Continuous dialogue with tenants and external partners

The person we are looking for

We are looking for someone with several years of experience in property management and a clear, mature leadership style, combined with a solid understanding of both technology and finance. We believe you have post-secondary education in property management or equivalent experience. You are social, communicative, and relationship-oriented – you know that good customer care, clear communication, and collaboration are central to creating results. At the same time, you are business-minded and solution-oriented and contribute strongly to teamwork and a positive culture.
