Junior Project Manager for the Project Office within Ground Combat

Your Role

We are now looking for a Junior Project Manager for our Project Office within Ground Combat. In this role, you will be an important support to the business in matters concerning resource and project planning.

The Project Office is part of the Ground Combat business unit, where we develop and produce advanced support weapons for a global market, and Saab is in a strong growth phase where the demand for our products is increasing.

You will work to support and ensure that our projects are conducted efficiently and utilize the well-functioning processes, planning materials, and appropriate tools that have been developed.

Examples of what you will work with:

• Support the business in resource and project planning
• Develop and manage template plans
• Provide support, training, and guidance in daily project work
• Build relationships and collaborate with many different parts of the organization

Your Profile

You are at the beginning of your career and enjoy structure, are curious about how organizations work, and like helping others succeed in their work. We believe you are analytical with the ability to see the big picture and work in a structured and solution-oriented manner with a focus on effective and sustainable solutions. A communicative and pedagogical vein makes it easy to explain complex issues clearly and simply. Furthermore, you thrive in a collaborative role with many points of contact and find it easy to build good relationships. You also have excellent knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

It is an advantage if you have:

• A technical education or similar background
• An interest in project management, planning, and coordination
• A desire to improve processes and find smarter ways to work
• Experience with Antura or similar tools (a plus, but not a requirement)
