About the role

As a Retail Sales Developer / Field Sales Representative, you will be a key person in our sales team and an ambassador for Findus – a brand that stands for climate-smart, profitable, and high-quality products.

You will be responsible for developing our collaboration with stores in Örebro/Västerås and surrounding areas and creating profitability through smart solutions and strong customer relationships.

 Your main responsibilities:

  • Develop the frozen category and optimize departments for increased profitability

  • Create and nurture customer relationships through needs analysis and tailored solutions

  • Drive campaigns, launch new products, and carry out sales-promoting activities

  • Plan and structure customer visits to maximize the value of each meeting

 We are looking for someone who:

  • Has 3–5 years of field sales experience in the grocery sector with documented good results – or works as a frozen goods manager in a store and wants to take the next step

  • Is business-driven, self-motivated, and solution-oriented with a strong commitment to sales

  • Has good analytical skills and can turn data into insights

  • Is a team player who celebrates colleagues' successes and is happy to share learnings

  • Has high ambitions and sees your district as your own business

To succeed in this role, you need:

  • Fluent Swedish in speech and writing, as well as a good understanding of English

  • Good knowledge of the Office suite

  • Driver's license (B)

  • Ability to stay overnight 1–2 times a month

  • Employment: Permanent with an initial 6-month probation period

  • Start date: By agreement

  • Location: Örebro/Västerås and surrounding areas
