The staffing industry is still one of Sweden's fastest-growing sectors and always the first to recover from a recession. Here we are now, with offices in Karlskoga and Örebro, seeking reinforcement in the form of a customer manager who wants to take on the pleasant task of simplifying recruitment and staffing for stressed entrepreneurs.
With roots in the 1990s and clients in the most technology-intensive sectors, we are an interesting company to work for. This has made Industrisupport a strong and thriving brand with a very good grasp of the company's customer areas. We are now looking for another salesperson who wants to get to know our customers and their needs.
We offer recruitment and staffing on both the white-collar and collective side. When the customer cannot keep up with recruitment or faces uncertain economic growth, our offering simplifies their everyday life. Therefore, the customer relationship quickly becomes warm and personal, and through the long-term nature of our work, repeat customers become a daily occurrence for you. This is an expansion of the sales team, which will support you through a well-planned onboarding. You will also have the recruitment department at your disposal, with their high level of expertise in various companies and professions where you want to sell. Of course, we are an authorized staffing company and we offer collective agreements, insurance, occupational pensions, and occupational health services.
Your Responsibilities
As a salesperson with us, you represent 26 years of industry experience. You book visits with customers you like and companies you are interested in. You have the freedom to choose leads from the recently upgraded CRM system or add new companies you come across. (If you have customer contacts in the Örebro and Karlskoga region, it is a strong merit!) You will be involved in setting a sales budget, breaking it down into sales activities, and planning your activity levels with an eye on your hit rate.
This involves booking and traveling for customer visits, conducting GAP analyses, and helping the customer find the most effective and best staffing solutions. Therefore, you also have the freedom to sign customer-specific agreements and take recruitment and staffing to a higher level than many customers are used to. For us, customers are the main focus, and customer service is our top priority.
You will be based in the office in Karlskoga or Örebro and travel within a radius that allows you to return home every evening. Please feel free to contact the recruiter below if you have any questions or concerns about the position.
Your Profile
We are looking for an experienced and skilled salesperson with the right heart. This means you should have worked in B2B sales for 2-5 years (preferably within the service sector) and during this time have built long-term relationships with satisfied and repeat customers.
As a salesperson, we seek someone who has personal experience of how to gradually build trust through recurring contacts that lead to business. You should be genuinely curious about the customer and want to understand their business, being able to make qualified and accurate offers based on that.
Your experience should have taught you to listen to what the customer has to say and to advocate for the customer internally, taking responsibility for ensuring that the results meet the customer's expectations. You should be comfortable with the phone being busy all day and that your email inbox sometimes overflows. Therefore, you also need good prioritization skills and feel comfortable with a high level of activity.
As a person, you should be somewhat competitive, self-motivated, and a good listener. You know that humility takes you further than arrogance, and you have a burning business focus. You need to be computer literate and proficient in both Swedish and English, spoken and written. Does this sound like you? Then we believe you can simplify the work for our customers.
