About the Position
Accountable Salesperson in Central Sweden. B2B, service sales. This is a new position and an expansion of the existing sales team. An independent role where you have the opportunity to further develop your sales skills, build warm and long-term customer relationships, and grow as a person.
Responsibilities
As a salesperson with us, you will have great freedom and responsibility. You represent 26 years of experience in the industry and work on booking and conducting customer visits, performing needs analyses, and creating tailored solutions within recruitment and staffing. You choose leads from our upgraded CRM system or add new companies and drive sales ambitiously towards goals set together with the team. The role involves customer focus, flexibility, and the opportunity to sign customized agreements. You will be based in Karlskoga or Örebro, travel within a reasonable distance (company car included), and have the chance to come home every evening. If you have contacts in the region, that is a big plus!
We are looking for
We are looking for an experienced B2B salesperson with 2–5 years of experience, preferably from the service sector, who is skilled at building long-term customer relationships. You are curious about the customer's business, attentive, and used to creating precise offers that meet the customer's needs. The role requires a high activity level, good prioritization skills, and comfort with many customer contacts via phone and email. You are competitive, self-motivated, humble, and business-driven, with good computer skills and fluent in both Swedish and English.
