The Heart Clinic consists of several different specialist clinics for patients with heart and vascular diseases. In addition to nurse-based specialist clinics within our various teams, such as anticoagulation, arrhythmia, pacemaker/ICD, heart failure, and ischemia, we also have doctor and physiotherapist clinics.

We work in beautiful premises at Drottninggatan 7. We care about a pleasant and enjoyable work environment created and maintained by our fantastic employees. Together we work with continuous and structured improvement efforts where everyone is involved.

We currently have a team of 25 employees, consisting of doctors, nurses, nursing assistants, physiotherapists, biomedical analysts, and medical secretaries. RESPONSIBILITIES

At the Heart Clinic, there is a strong tradition of research where you will play a key role. Your responsibilities will include assisting in the startup of new studies and organizing the research process. The work also involves managing sample handling and the documentation required to conduct a clinical study. You will actively contribute to facilitating the recruitment of study participants and ensure that colleagues have the correct information and resources for research to be an integrated part of the operation.

In this role, you will work comprehensively within the entire heart operation and communicate with patients as well as research partners through various channels. You will collaborate closely with other nurses, doctors, medical secretaries, paramedics, researchers/clinical trialists, sponsors, monitors, and study participants. Continuing education in both clinical research and the cardiology field is a given in this work.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for a licensed nurse with the authority to practice within Swedish healthcare. You have language skills in Swedish that correspond to at least level C1 according to the Council of Europe's level scale. We also want you to have good IT skills and strong knowledge of English.

Previous work with research and training in Good Clinical Practice (GCP) is an advantage. Experience in cardiac care is desirable.
