JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

As a nursing assistant, your responsibilities include providing a good quality of life to our clients based on a person-centered approach. The work mainly consists of care and support tasks and being able to contribute with social support and guidance. Service tasks such as cleaning and laundry will be performed. You should be able to work both independently and in collaboration with others in the team.

We use various digital tools, so you need to have knowledge of how to use digital technology and be familiar with using a computer in daily work for documentation. We use Pulsen Combine as our operational system.

Working hours are flexible based on the needs of the organization and your preferences. Our operations run 24/7.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who is a positive, engaged, and responsible person with good empathetic skills. Good knowledge of the Swedish language is required, both spoken and written, as communication and documentation are a significant and important part of the job.

• You should have a Nursing Assistant education, or other training/experience that the employer assesses as equivalent.
• A valid driver's license (B) is required for night work.
• Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability, maturity, and ability to collaborate.
