JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Erikslunden's dementia care home is looking for a specialist nursing assistant. Warm welcome to your application!

Your role as a specialist nursing assistant includes, among other things:

• Guiding and supporting the care staff in various care situations, including preventing and alleviating BPSD symptoms.
• BPSD administrator, you are a support and collaborate with the other administrators at the facility during BPSD planning, action plans, and response plans.
• Available as support to the contact person, among other things, during implementation plans.
• Available as support to the care prevention representatives in their role, we work based on a preventive approach.

We work based on IBIC and are developing our documentation. You will be a support to our documentation representatives and to the care staff. You will lead and distribute work during the morning and afternoon based on user focus and work closely with the unit managers at the facility. You are a good ambassador for your profession as a specialist nursing assistant in Bodens Municipality. You will have close cooperation with and support from the Development Supervisor and the Dementia Care Developer. You will receive regular professional care supervision in a group together with other specialist nursing assistants from a certified professional supervisor. You will also receive training based on your needs. QUALIFICATIONS

A specialist nursing assistant is a trained nursing assistant with advanced professional competence for qualified work with people with dementia or older adults with mental health issues.
