Do you want to make a difference for children and young people up to 18 years old with moderate to severe psychiatric issues? At the BUP clinic in Piteå, we are now looking for a psychologist, psychotherapist, or CBT therapist who, with their expertise and commitment, wants to be part of our interdisciplinary team. BUP Norrbotten is a regional clinic that includes four outpatient clinics, a department for inpatient care, a team for acute assessments, and the neuropsychiatric BUP team.

We are looking for

We are looking for you who are a licensed psychologist, licensed psychotherapist, or have basic training in psychotherapy. You have good knowledge of Swedish in both spoken and written form. It is an advantage if you have experience working in child and adolescent psychiatry, adult psychiatry, or other similar fields.

We place great emphasis on personal qualities. You are self-driven and structured, planning, organizing, and prioritizing your work effectively. You also have good collaboration skills, making you responsive and adaptable to others.


What you will work with

As a psychologist, psychotherapist, or CBT therapist with us, you will be part of an engaged and interdisciplinary team consisting of psychologists, psychotherapists, therapists, occupational therapists, nurses, doctors, care coordinators, and administrative staff. We highly value interdisciplinary work. Your tasks will be varied, including conducting psychiatric assessments and psychological treatment interventions. The treatment interventions occur in various formats - individually with the patient, with parents, or in a family context. The work also includes leading group treatment interventions together with colleagues. Collaboration with other healthcare providers, schools, and social services is also an important part of the job.

Information about the position

Permanent full-time employment with working hours from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Selection and interviews are ongoing, and the position may be filled before the application deadline.

Region Norrbotten applies individual salary setting according to collective agreements.
