Job Responsibilities

As a nurse, you will have an independent role where our patients are at the center of the care they need. You will collaborate in a team with nursing assistants, rehabilitation teams, and doctors from the health center, as well as staff from the municipality and inpatient care in the region.

You will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and following up on health and medical care interventions, medication management, specific nursing care, and documentation. You will also provide support and guidance to nursing staff. The job may also involve meeting individuals in a palliative phase of life, where your task is to create good care during the last stage of life for both the patient and their loved ones.

Qualifications

More About the Position

We work according to the full/part model, which means a full-time employment with the possibility to work less. The employment is permanent with a start date according to agreement. Access to a company car is provided. Working hours are mainly during the day, but some evening and weekend shifts may occur.
