Social Services' Mission

The mission of the Social Services is to meet people's needs for security. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

The work as a nursing assistant at the night alarm involves responding to alarms and going out to users to meet their needs. The work involves assisting the user according to their individual needs in personal care. Our goal is for users to experience dignity and well-being as much as possible.

The home care service in Vittangi is a large geographical area, and the position involves driving.

Every other week schedule, 7-7 shifts.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who primarily has a high school education in healthcare. You should have an interest in working in elderly care and developing it. We value experience in elderly care as well as good collaboration skills and a professional approach.

We place great emphasis on personal suitability, which means you are flexible and secure in your professional role, and can work independently as well as in a team.

A class B driver's license is required as home visits to users are part of the job. Good computer skills and an interest in new technology as we work with night cameras, door alarms, etc.

We also see that you have very good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written. It is an advantage if you master Finnish, Meänkieli, or Sámi.
