About Apoteket Stora Torget

Here at Apoteket Stora Torget in Motala, you will be part of an engaged team of a total of eight employees. We belong to a pharmacy group together with Apoteket Marieberg in Motala, where two additional colleagues are included. Here you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment with customer focus and development opportunities.

As a pharmacist at Apoteket Stora Torget in Motala, you will play a central role in meeting our customers' needs for advice and products within pharmaceuticals and health.

The working hours for this position are within the local pharmacy's opening hours: weekdays 09:00-18:00, Saturdays 09:30-15:00.

Your role

Our pharmacists always work with care, quality, and the customer's needs in focus. In your role with us, you contribute to a safe, professional, and welcoming experience for everyone who visits us. In your role, you will handle advice, prescription dispensing, and self-care, and take responsibility for safety and service in every customer meeting.

There is also currently the opportunity to take on the role of Responsible Pharmacist where you can further contribute with your knowledge.

What you will do with us:

• Provide professional advice and create added value in every customer meeting, with care and understanding of people's different needs.
• Contribute to patient safety and quality in everything you do, so that our customers can feel safe with us.
• Share knowledge and experience with your colleagues – we grow and develop together.
• Keep yourself updated on our product range and our campaigns, to provide customers with the best possible help.
• Contribute ideas and initiatives to develop both the workday and the customer experience at our pharmacy.

Who are we looking for?

For this position, you need to be a licensed pharmacist or pharmacy technician, with a clear interest in people, health, and pharmaceuticals.

• You have a couple of years of experience from a pharmacy or are just finished with your studies.
• You have a particular interest in self-care, digital advice, quality, or mentoring.
• You have a warm and professional approach where you see each customer.
• You enjoy collaborating and positively contribute to the team.
• We believe that you thrive in an environment where structure and results go hand in hand.
