Västernorrland is one of five regions in the country that, on behalf of the National Board of Health and Welfare, provides national highly specialized care (NHV) for severe eating disorders. We offer high-intensity treatment for individuals over 18 years old, based on many years of experience in eating disorder care.

The purpose of concentrating this care is to enable the provider to maintain competence within the entire multidisciplinary team and to have the opportunity to develop and maintain a good quality of care without limiting accessibility. NHV has a close collaboration with other services within the regional psychiatric care in Västernorrland County.

We are now looking for two nursing assistants to join our team! The positions are temporary full-time contracts starting from 2026-02-01 or by agreement until 2026-06-01.

As a nursing assistant with us, you will work with:

• Psychiatric care
• Assessments and observations
• Conversations and support measures
• Evaluations and sample collections
• Collaboration with other stakeholders, such as:
  • Family
  • Social services
  • Housing services
  • Outpatient care services
• Active participation in teamwork
• Independent work as a contact person

The position involves working irregular hours, including evenings and weekends.

We are looking for someone who

• Is a trained nursing assistant
• Has good knowledge of Swedish in both spoken and written form
