About Apoteket Skärvsta

Apoteket Skärvsta is located on the outskirts of Sollefteå, near the hospital and health center. It is a medium-sized pharmacy with many loyal regular customers, but we also assist hospital patients with acute or newly prescribed medication. We also offer deliveries to residences and can provide order preparation. Sollefteå is a town located by a river that flows into the High Coast, surrounded by beautiful nature.

The working hours for this position are within the local pharmacy's opening hours: weekdays 08:30-17:30, Saturdays 10:00-14:00, Sundays closed.

If you choose to move to Sollefteå to contribute to Apoteket's vision and be part of this pharmacy, we want to help you get the best possible start in your upcoming career with our package - Career at Apoteket. In addition to a relocation grant of 40,000 SEK to Sollefteå, you will receive a bonus of a total of 150,000 SEK (50,000 SEK/year for 3 years) as well as an additional supplement of 5,000 SEK/month for a 3-year period. The total compensation (Career at Apoteket) is 370,000 SEK for employment over 3 years.

Your role

Our pharmacists always work with care, quality, and the customer's needs in focus. In your role with us, you contribute to a safe, professional, and welcoming experience for everyone who visits us. In your role, you will handle counseling, prescription dispensing, and self-care, and take responsibility for safety and service in every customer interaction.

What you will do with us:

• Provide professional advice and create added value in every customer interaction, with care and understanding for people's different needs.
• Contribute to patient safety and quality in everything you do, so that our customers can feel secure with us.
• Share knowledge and experience with your colleagues – we grow and develop together.
• Stay updated on our product range and our campaigns, to provide customers with the best possible assistance.
• Contribute ideas and initiatives to develop both the workday and customer experience at our pharmacy.

Who are we looking for?

For this position, you need to be a licensed pharmacist or pharmacy technician, with a clear interest in people, health, and medications.

• You have experience working with prescription dispensing.
• You have a warm and professional demeanor where you see every customer.
• You enjoy collaborating and contribute positively to the team.
