Workplace Description

The Södermalm District Administration is one of Stockholm's 11 district administrations and includes the neighborhoods of Södermalm, Reimersholme, Långholmen, Gamla Stan, Riddarholmen, and Hammarby Sjöstad.

Södertjänst is the municipal home care provider in Södermalm and operates from two locations on Folkskolegatan and Bondegatan.

We can offer a varied job in a pleasant, safe, and well-organized working environment in beautiful Södermalm. We assist about 600 clients, primarily elderly individuals, but also younger people with illnesses and disabilities. Södertjänst aims to provide assessed assistance with good quality day, evening, and night.

Job Description

Södertjänst is continuously growing and therefore needs to expand the administration with two coordinators, one for Folkskolegatan and one for Bondegatan.

Your main tasks will be to provide employees with informative and effective work cards and manage staffing. As a coordinator, you will have a continuous dialogue with clients, employees, relatives, the assistance department, and other internal and external partners.

The work also includes various administrative tasks regarding, for example, key management, control, and approval of completed services.

Your task will be to ensure that employees have the best conditions to provide clients with good care and social support within the framework of their assistance decisions. The goal is to create participation, self-determination, and security to enable clients of Södertjänst to remain in their homes.

You will work closely with your coordinator colleagues and two unit managers.

Qualifications

We want you to have experience in administration, staffing, and planning within home care. You should have good knowledge of social documentation and good IT skills. It is an advantage if you have experience working with ParaSol, payroll and time registration systems Medvind, planning system Schemos, and ParaGå.

We want you to have a genuine interest in people, be service-oriented, self-driven, flexible, attentive, able to handle occasional stress, and have excellent collaboration skills. You should be communicative in the Swedish language, both spoken and written.

If you are a nursing assistant with experience in home care work, this is an advantage.

Employment will occur immediately after agreement.

Three unit managers supervise two geographical areas. One area manager has overall responsibility for Södertjänst and Hornstull's Service House.
