RAVELLI helps associations/school classes finance their activities or go on their dream class trip. The RAVELLI motto is that "everyone should participate", where all children should be able to afford to play sports or join the class trip. Since 2014, we have distributed over 65 million SEK to school classes and associations.

WHAT DOES THE ROLE INVOLVE?

As a Junior Account Manager at Ravelli, you will be responsible for handling all incoming customers. You will do this by calling interest registrations and handling incoming calls.

Your tasks include creating value for the customer and ensuring how easily they can use our service. You will work independently throughout the process from contact, follow-up, and customer care.

In this role, you will report to and work closely with the sales managers in Stockholm and become part of the sales team, which currently consists of 6 people. As the company is in a good growth phase, there are great opportunities for the right person to grow within the company.
