Your Mission

For this position, you need to have a driver's license. As an assistant nurse in home care, you will work with some of the best and most rewarding tasks – making everyday life meaningful for our elderly in Värmdö. Your Experience

It is desirable that you have experience working nights, and it is a merit if you have experience from emergency care, as many of our home care recipients may be multi-sick. You are used to working in a team and have good collaboration skills, but also the courage to make independent decisions and work autonomously based on laws, routines, and guidelines. You need to be able to speak and understand Swedish well and also express yourself well in writing, as communication is an important need for our elderly. You must have a valid B driver's license and be at least 18 years old. As a person, you are responsible, flexible, and have a genuine interest in people. We expect you to have a large dose of empathy and be good at building relationships and making contact. You are attentive and present and have a service-oriented mindset.
