Welcome to our wonderful and fantastic home healthcare at Södertälje health center.

We invest a lot in our home healthcare and our registered patients. We work in teams and in collaboration with other healthcare providers such as municipalities, relatives, and inpatient care to offer the best care for our patients.

Personal Qualities

We are looking for someone who has an interest in home healthcare and wants to be part of our development going forward. We have started a project with palliative care at home, so if you are also interested in this, this position is for you. We seek someone who is positive, flexible, can work independently, and enjoys working in a team. Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability.

Job Responsibilities

Typical job responsibilities in home healthcare such as medication management, wound dressing, sampling, etc.

Qualifications

• Licensed nursing assistant.
• We prefer that you have professional experience as a nursing assistant, preferably within primary care, and that you are confident in your skills, but we also welcome those who are new to their profession to apply.
• Driver's license (B).
• Computer skills.
• Experience with the Take Care journal system.

Employment Type

Permanent employment, full-time. A probationary period may apply.
