What you will do with us
In the role of Production Business Unit Manager, you will lead a rapidly growing operation in PFAS analysis – a field that is crucial for addressing a growing societal problem related to environment and health. You will be responsible for a team of about 25 employees working with laboratory analyses and related processes, from method execution to quality assurance of analysis results and customer contacts. The operation is knowledge-intensive and characterized by high demands for quality, precision, and continuous development in a dynamic and changing environment. Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading and developing the daily laboratory operations in our PFAS laboratory
- Ensuring staffing, competence, and resource utilization with high quality and delivery reliability
- Monitoring relevant key performance indicators and driving continuous improvements in working methods and capacity
- Being a present and coaching leader who develops both individuals and teams
- Ensuring a safe, secure, and sustainable working environment in the laboratory
- Contributing to strategic initiatives related to growth, method development, and capacity building in PFAS

Who are you as a candidate?
We are looking for a clear, communicative, and structured leader with a strong ability to combine operational management with an understanding of scientific processes and a strong customer engagement. You have an academic background in chemistry, natural sciences, or engineering, which is an important foundation for success in this role.
You are curious about leading operations and production in a knowledge-intensive environment and thrive in a coaching leadership style where you develop both people and working methods. You are solution-oriented, continuously working on improvements, and have a business-oriented perspective on operations.
You are comfortable with change, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and are motivated to lead a growing operation. Experience in driving development through technical solutions, such as automation or AI, is a plus.
As we are part of an international group, you are expected to be proficient in both Swedish and English, spoken and written.
Practical information
We are recruiting on an ongoing basis, but due to the holiday season, the interview process will begin in January 2026.
