Would you like to spend the summer or part of the summer in Sunne and are you a nurse? Then we can offer you the opportunity to work in one of our teams with great commitment and heart! We are looking for someone who wants to work in home healthcare and/or special housing.

Description

We are looking for nurses for the Municipal Primary Care unit for summer temporary positions within home healthcare, special housing/short-term care, and/or night shifts for a period of at least four weeks and up to ten weeks.

You will be part of a team with nurses but also in a cross-professional team with occupational therapists, physiotherapists, unit managers, support staff, and other professionals surrounding the patient, focusing on safe and person-centered care. You have great opportunities to plan and structure your workday to suit you, your patients, and your colleagues. You will have an office in new state-of-the-art office facilities together with other nurses and have close collaboration with other teams.

In the special housing team, you will work day or evening shifts in our three special housing facilities in central Sunne. In the home healthcare team, you will work day or evening shifts in home healthcare, but also within functional support during evenings and weekends. As a night nurse, you will be the only one on duty and responsible for the entire municipality.

Responsibilities

Your main responsibilities are to coordinate and ensure that specific nursing interventions are planned, implemented, and evaluated, as well as to guide and delegate to support staff. You will perform medical and specific nursing interventions based on the patients' needs. The work involves planning and following up on nursing interventions independently or together with colleagues. The operational systems that support us in our work include digital signing lists and the Life Care HSL journal system.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who are a licensed nurse with a commitment and interest in municipal primary care. It is an advantage if you have worked with similar tasks before. You may have specialist training in district nursing, elderly care, or psychiatry. To succeed in the temporary position, you work independently and take significant personal responsibility in your profession as well as for planning and follow-up of healthcare.

You value teamwork highly and have a strong interest in working with vulnerable elderly, dementia, and palliative care. As a person, you are stable and flexible, have a high sense of responsibility, and the ability to work both independently and in a team. You are driven by challenges and want to develop both within your profession and in municipal healthcare. We place great emphasis on personal suitability.

Conditions

Swedish license as a nurse. B driver's license (manual).
