First Line Support for Financial Company

We are looking for a communicative and structured person who enjoys a customer-facing role with clear responsibilities! Here, you will work closely with experienced colleagues in a supportive role towards customers in financial companies, regarding payments and invoicing. You will play an important role in ensuring high customer satisfaction and smooth financial processes!

ABOUT THE POSITION

As First Line Support, you will play a central role in ensuring smooth processes within financial services, from handling corporate loans to supporting credit assessments and invoice management. You will work independently but in close collaboration with a dedicated office.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsibilities

• Communicate clearly and professionally with customers.
• Provide support via email regarding corporate loans, invoice financing, and invoice flows.
• Guide our customers on how to work effectively with our product throughout the entire process from credit assessment to payment.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO

• Has completed high school education.
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written, as it is used in daily work.
• Has previous experience in customer support.
• Has previous experience working systematically in multiple systems simultaneously, such as case management systems and business systems.
• Is accustomed to communicating professionally in writing.
• Works systematically and has good computer skills.
• Is comfortable in technical environments.

It is a merit if you

• Have previous experience and/or education in finance.
• Are Finnish-speaking.
• Have previously worked in financial systems.
