We are now looking for a System Administrator for the Digital Development and System Management unit, which is part of the Quality and Development department – a role for you who is driven by making systems, people, and working methods function together.

Responsibilities

As a system administrator, you will be responsible for the management, development, and support of the social administration's operational systems and digital solutions. You will work both strategically and operationally to ensure that the systems support the needs, processes, and legal requirements of the operations.

In addition to traditional operational systems, work with welfare technology and related systems is also included, for example:

• Digital locks and key cabinets
• Medical cabinets
• Supervision cameras
• Sensors and other digital support in the operations

The role involves many contact points and requires that you enjoy dialogue, collaboration, and building trust.

Your tasks

• Management, configuration, and further development of operational systems within social services and healthcare.
• Ensure that the systems support the operational methods and applicable legal frameworks (SoL, LSS, HSL).
• Collaborate with operations, suppliers, the IT unit, and other system administrators.
• Participate in and drive digitalization and development projects.
• Support, educate, and guide users.
• Ensure the delivery of statistics and follow-up.
• Contribute to the development of working methods, user experience, and digital maturity.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who is driven, responsible, and socially secure. You find it easy to collaborate, enjoy building relationships, and are genuinely interested in how technology can simplify and improve everyday life for both employees and users.

We believe that you:

• Have a relevant university degree in computer science or equivalent.
• Have experience in system management or a similar role.
• Are structured, solution-oriented, and curious.
• Have good communication skills and thrive in a role with many contact points.
• Take personal responsibility and drive issues forward.
• Have a very good ability to express yourself verbally and in writing in Swedish.
• Have a B driver's license.

Meritorious

• Experience in public operations and social services.
• Experience with operational systems such as Procapita/Lifecare.
• Knowledge of welfare technology and digital support systems.
• Experience in information security, GDPR, or digital development.
