Your main tasks as a system administrator will be:

• contacting suppliers regarding support issues, upgrades, and development questions
• leading/conducting acceptance tests regarding new versions
• analyzing incidents and support issues both internally and externally and suggesting improvements
• maintaining and ensuring that the systems support current processes and services
• communicating internally at Intraservice regarding changes and new module functionalities in the system
• participating in investigations regarding, for example, new applications in the area
• participating in user forums, interest groups, and development projects
• handling operational issues in collaboration with the operations organization at Intraservice
• working to ensure information security and compliance with GDPR in our IT support

About You

We are looking for someone with a university degree in IT and professional experience in similar roles. You have experience working with various IT systems, particularly security systems, and have experience in system administration. Additionally, you have basic knowledge of Microsoft Server, Microsoft SQL database, and data networks.

It is an advantage if you have:

• experience in service and support
• experience with security installations
• knowledge of relevant regulations

You are a proactive person who takes initiative and completes what you start. Since the position involves many contacts both internally and externally, you need to be skilled at collaborating and maintaining good relationships. You enjoy working both independently and with others. You have good analytical skills that help you find solutions to problems as they arise. You also understand technical relationships and the impact security systems have on operations.

You are structured and communicative with a good ability to express yourself in both speech and writing. We appreciate that you are a development-oriented person motivated to learn new things and develop, and that you come up with new ideas and take the initiative for improvements.

Conditions

Intraservice conducts socially important operations, and therefore we set high demands on our employees' security and confidentiality awareness. The position is security classified in accordance with the Security Protection Act (2018:585). This requires Swedish citizenship and a successful security check, which includes, among other things, a background check via SÄPO and a passed alcohol and drug test.
