Viktor Rydberg School in Nacka is seeking part-time substitutes for after-school care who can support the operations at short notice as needed. As a substitute with us, you will participate in teaching, be an active playground supervisor, and support after-school activities after school hours. The work involves both indoor and outdoor activities, and the shifts can be a full day or part of a day, depending on the need. It is appreciated if you can take multiple ongoing shifts during busier periods.

Start immediately or by agreement.

As a person, you enjoy collaborating with colleagues on issues related to children's learning and are skilled at building trusting relationships with students, colleagues, and guardians. You have knowledge of how to implement adjustments for children in need of special support and are flexible regarding all short-term and long-term changes that are part of the educational work. You are responsible and clear with a positive attitude and good communication skills. In daily interactions with students, guardians, and colleagues, you are engaged, student-focused, and social.

It is an advantage if you have experience working in schools and after-school care.
