The Role

You will be part of a team where you, together with other educators, are responsible for the pedagogical teaching.

• You actively work to create a well-balanced and developing education for the children according to Lpfö18. You contribute with your thoughts, experiences, and engagement. You are curious about the children and have a good understanding of human differences and relate to them in a responsive and professional manner.
• You perform tasks prescribed for preschool teachers according to the curriculum and together with the team, you work towards the goals in the preschool's work plan.

The position is a temporary contract from February 1 to June 30, 2025.

In the Heby area, there are preschools Bullerbyn and Lönneberga. Here, childcare workers and preschool teachers work closely together and collaborate a lot. We work together towards the same goal - that preschool education should be fun, safe, and educational for all children.

Is This You?

• Educated and licensed preschool teacher
• Previous experience working in preschool
• Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
• Knowledge of preschool governing documents and can implement them in daily work
• You use digital tools naturally in your work

You have good collaboration skills and want to contribute to a positive work environment at our workplace. You believe that good communication in all collaborations is important, show respect and good treatment to those we meet and are here for in our work. You dare to take initiative, try new things, and different working methods. Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability.
