Experienced DBT Psychologist Wanted at Specialist Psychiatric Clinic 3

Do you want to work at a clinic with dedicated, experienced, and well-educated staff, a good atmosphere, and opportunities for development? The work at the clinic is varied and characterized by collaboration in interdisciplinary teams consisting of occupational therapists, social workers, doctors, psychologists, nurses, and caregivers.

We are now looking for an experienced DBT psychologist to expand our DBT team. We would also appreciate it if you have worked with ERGT.

A close collaboration exists with our care departments at our clinic, particularly regarding self-chosen admissions for patients with emotional instability.

Specialist Psychiatric Clinic 3 is a unit with over 20 employees. It is located in Alvik, together with three other general psychiatric clinics with different areas of expertise.

For those not residing in Stockholm and its surroundings, Alvik in Bromma is as close to the city center as you can get. The communications are good, with subway, light rail, tram, and bus available about 100 meters from the clinic.

As a psychologist, you will continuously participate in the clinic's development work alongside your clinical duties. The workplace is open and receptive to ideas for potential changes.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who:

• is a licensed psychologist, preferably with many years of experience in adult psychiatric treatment.
• is trained in and has worked with DBT and preferably also ERGT.
• has experience in personality assessments.
• values the social work environment and enjoys having fun at work.
• has knowledge of and preferably experience in neuropsychiatric assessments.
• is interested in evaluation and evidence-based treatment.
• finds continuous development of the organization and work methods stimulating.

Great emphasis is placed on personal suitability.

You have good collaboration skills and enjoy working in a team. You are interested in working with the patient group. You are persistent, patient, and flexible, and can adapt your work to varying needs.

Conditions

Temporary position. From 2026-03-01 to 2027-02-28. Start date may be adjusted slightly by agreement.
