Our operational area includes geriatric and internal medicine inpatient and outpatient care, as well as palliative inpatient care and ASIH. In our clinics, we investigate and treat common major diseases such as cognitive impairment, osteoporosis, diabetes, stroke, and heart diseases. Our clinics also include a Diagnostic Center where patients with unknown primary tumors or nonspecific cancer symptoms are investigated, as well as a clinic for multimorbid elderly patients.

ST Physician in Internal Medicine at Södertälje Hospital

As a ST physician, you will have a varied schedule that includes ward work, on-call duties, outpatient care, and rotations. You will quickly gain good knowledge of general internal medicine with the help of our specialists' guidance. Most of our specialists are internists with broad expertise. You will have great opportunities to influence care through your engagement in local improvement efforts. We encourage initiative-taking and inclusive collaborations across boundaries.

- Licensed physician authorized to practice within Swedish healthcare.
