We are looking for a caring and experienced nursing assistant or caregiver with a warm heart and great commitment. As part of Aleo Care's evening and weekend team, you create security and presence when it is needed the most.

During evenings and weekends, your approach is crucial – you are there to listen, support, and provide calm during the more vulnerable moments of the day.

As a nursing assistant/caregiver in home care, you will play a central role in our clients' lives, and your tasks will vary depending on each individual's needs. Here are examples of what you can expect to work with:

• Personal care - assisting with personal hygiene and dressing/undressing.

• Social support & conversation - providing companionship, creating security, and giving clients the feeling of not being alone.

• Supervision & assistance as needed - being a support in handling various situations, for example during transfers.

• Practical tasks - assisting with shopping, meals, and other tasks that can facilitate the client's daily life.

• Documentation - carefully documenting the support and care you provide, in accordance with assistance decisions and implementation plans.

To fit in with us, we see that you have the following qualities and qualifications:

• Nursing assistant education (meritorious) – you are educated and experienced in your field.

• Fluent in Swedish – you master Swedish both in speech and writing and have the ability to document in a professional manner.

• B driver's license (REQUIRED) – you are an experienced driver and can navigate well in traffic to visit our clients in their homes.

• Stress-resistant & responsible – you handle pressured situations calmly, take responsibility, and make confident decisions.

• Independent yet team-oriented – you work independently but step in as a team player when needed.

• Empathetic & attentive – you have a genuine desire to help and meet each client based on their unique needs.

• Communicative – you communicate clearly and build good cooperation with both clients and colleagues.

• Flexible & solution-oriented – you adapt easily in a changing environment and find solutions even when circumstances change.

• Meticulous & quality-conscious – you work in a structured manner and take responsibility for delivering safe and high-quality care.

Working hours: Monday – Friday and every other weekend. Working percentage: 70% Working hours: 16:00 - 22:00 (Mon-Fri) | 15:30-22:00 (Sat-Sun) Workplace: You will start from our office in central Täby, and we believe that you live nearby to facilitate your commute.
