Healthcare Assistant to Neurosurgery Department and Neurointensive Care
Region Västerbotten works to ensure that good health and sustainable development strengthen each other. We take responsibility for equitable welfare and for research and innovation to yield results.
The Neurosurgery Department and Neurointensive Care Unit (NIVA) are part of the Neuro-Head-Neck Center (NHHC) at Norrland University Hospital. Within the various services, patients with diseases and injuries to the nervous system, brain, ears, nose, and throat are treated. As a new employee in the team, you will contribute to providing highly specialized care to patients from the entire northern region.
As a new employee in the neurosurgery department/NIVA, you will be welcomed into a workgroup with broad expertise and a good atmosphere that we all contribute to. We provide both acute and planned care, which gives you a varied job where the patient is always in focus. We have an onboarding program where you, as a new employee, are offered the internal training needed to be prepared to work with us. You will be given time for reading and the opportunity to join a mentorship program. As a member of our team, you have the chance to participate in our work schedule model, a business-adapted wish schedule, where the model focuses on high participation in scheduling based on the needs of the business. The model also provides higher compensation for inconvenient working hours than the general collective agreement. In round-the-clock operations, a salary supplement is provided.
We are now looking for five healthcare assistants to join our team!
