We are now looking for three nurses for a longer employment that extends over the summer.

The home healthcare is responsible for home healthcare, home visits, all rehabilitation and habilitation, as well as assistive devices in ordinary housing, including assistive device prescriptions and certificates for housing adaptation. The responsibility applies around the clock for people over 18 years old living in their own homes. The goals for home healthcare include strengthening the individual's ability to live an independent life and providing good and safe health and medical care, as well as increasing the person's experience of good quality. To achieve the goals, three focus areas have been identified that indicate the direction of the work. These are: health-promoting and rehabilitative working methods, co-creation, and coordination and distribution of responsibilities.

Your tasks

As a nurse with us, you will work with the usual tasks of a nurse at the primary care level. This includes, among other things, medication management, wound dressing, injections, and catheter care, etc. You plan and manage your workday in collaboration with other professionals with a person-centered approach. The work takes place in ordinary housing, and you are responsible for health and medical care efforts in close collaboration with other professionals.

About you

We are looking for you who are a licensed nurse. You are either at the beginning of your career or you have previous experience and want to try something new.

You have good initiative and are good at thinking outside the box. You have the ability to work independently while seeing the importance of collaboration with different professional groups where the person themselves also has an active role. Of course, you have a good, respectful attitude and are attentive and open in your contacts with both the people being cared for and their relatives. Great emphasis is placed on personal suitability.

In order for you to be able to communicate with users, relatives, and colleagues, write and take part in care documentation, it is required that you have good knowledge of the Swedish language in both spoken and written form.

A driving license (B) is required for the position. The work includes lifting, lifting aids are used after delegation. Since there is smoking and pets, you should not be allergic.

Employment information

Three positions, special fixed-term employment, full-time, with a planned start from 2026-01-19 to 2026-09-30. The working hours for all positions are scheduled for days, evenings, and weekends.
