With us, we offer among other things:

• Operationally adapted introduction based on individual experience.
• In addition to individual and differentiated salaries, we offer you who have more than 1 year of experience an extra 2500 SEK/week and you who have more than 3 years of experience an extra 6250 SEK/week on top of your base salary during the period 2026-06-15 to 2026-08-09. To be eligible for this bonus offer, you need to be trained and work continuously throughout the specified period.
• Before the summer of 2026, we can offer nurses registered in another municipality free accommodation subject to availability.

About the job
As a nurse within the evening and night patrol, you will work with health and medical care interventions in a team consisting of 4-5 nurses. The work takes place throughout the municipality and covers ordinary housing as well as care and nursing homes within elderly and disability care. The tasks include medical assessments, palliative care, and telephone advice.

About you/the applicant
You are a licensed nurse with experience in the profession. You need to have a B driver's license. It is an advantage if you have specialized training in district nursing, geriatrics, or psychiatry.

As a nurse in the municipality, you and your nursing colleagues have the highest medical competence. This means you need to enjoy taking responsibility, have good initiative, and be able to work independently. You also contribute to good collaboration through clear and respectful communication with other professions. Of course, you have a good and respectful approach in contact with patients and relatives. Great emphasis is placed on personal suitability.

Evening work has a reduced working time of 34.33 hours/week and night work 32 hours/week.

The employment is for a summer substitute, with the possibility of extension. Start date is according to agreement. Interviews, selection, and appointments are ongoing. Umeå municipality applies individual and differentiated salary setting.
