Main Responsibilities

As part of Procurator's Customer Support Team, you will be an important link between our corporate customers and the business. Together with your dedicated colleagues, you will handle incoming inquiries via email, phone, and chat, always focusing on creating a smooth and positive customer experience.

You will provide our customers with clear answers and guidance on everything from products and deliveries to invoices and order status. As a representative of Procurator, you will be the face of the company in every customer contact and work closely with other departments to ensure quick and clear responses. In your work, you will follow our processes and values while actively contributing to continuous improvement.

Important for the Position

• Experience in customer service for businesses (B2B)
• Good system skills, preferably in Excel and CRM systems
• High school education
• Very good Swedish in speech and writing

Meritorious

• Experience in businesses that work with public customers and public procurement
• Experience with SAP or other business systems

Practical Information

The position is based at Procurator's Malmö office. Working hours are daytime, Monday to Friday, with the possibility of remote work.
