About us

We are a positive and dedicated staff group working in the emergency department and our medical intermediate care unit, MIMA. We place great importance on promoting teamwork to create a good flow and care for patients. In the emergency department, we have patients with medical, surgical, and orthopedic diseases and injuries. During weekends, primary care is also located in our facilities. The tasks and flow of patients are varied, creating a stimulating work environment. In MIMA, we have 4 beds where we care for patients with medical conditions and stabilize patients who need to be transferred to a higher level of care. We offer professional development both within the organization and externally.

Your responsibilities

You will work in a team alongside nursing assistants and doctors. Your duties include assessing acutely ill patients, medication management, documentation, nursing care, and some leadership responsibilities. We provide onboarding and continuous training to ensure you feel secure and develop in your role. Welcome to an attractive workplace!

Your qualifications

We are looking for driven, positive, licensed nurses. If you have further education in emergency care, intensive care, or district nursing, we view it positively, but it is not a requirement. As a person, you are flexible and stable in acute situations. You are responsible and can take initiative while also appreciating the benefits of collaborating and achieving goals together with others. In your interactions with patients, you have an empathetic and service-oriented approach. Personal qualities are highly valued. We hope that you, as an applicant, have a genuine interest in emergency care and want to develop in your professional role with us.
