About the position

As a machine operator, you will be responsible for the operation and monitoring of production machines at our client. You will ensure that the machines operate efficiently and perform ongoing quality checks. You will carry out routine maintenance and report any deviations. You will contribute to optimizing the production process by following established guidelines and suggesting improvements. Collaboration with other departments to achieve production goals is part of your daily work.

About you

Formal qualifications We are looking for someone who has completed education in industrial technology or equivalent. You should have at least two years of experience working as a machine operator in a manufacturing environment. It is important that you have knowledge of safety regulations and can read technical drawings. A good understanding of Swedish and English, both spoken and written, is required to effectively communicate with the team and follow instructions. Desirable It is a plus if you have experience working with CNC machines and automated systems. Knowledge in quality assurance and experience in optimizing production processes is also beneficial. If you have participated in improvement projects or have certifications in LEAN methodology, it may give you a competitive advantage. Previous work in international teams or projects is a plus, as well as skills in maintenance of machinery.
