Machine Setter
We are looking for someone who wants to be part of our component manufacturing. We offer a varied and developing job in an engaged team and a work environment where order and safety are prioritized.

About the role:
The machine setter plays an important role in ensuring production runs smoothly, and you will rebuild and set up machines in the production line. The work includes preparing for upcoming changes and then implementing them. It is also important to ensure that preventive maintenance is carried out according to established guidelines.
In this role, you will also work with a variety of tasks within production, including:
· Carrying out simpler restorative maintenance actions when needed.
· Continuously performing inspections and checks of both products and equipment, all according to the applicable work instructions.
· Performing work tasks according to work instructions.
· Working to ensure that order and cleanliness are always maintained in the workplace.
· Continuously participating in the ongoing change and improvement work to optimize production.
· Addressing the most common causes of stoppages in at least two production machines/lines.
· Performing quality checks according to applicable work instructions.
You will be located in Karlsborg and report to the Component Process Manager.
The position involves 2-shift or night shift work.
Our candidate:
We are looking for someone who has completed secondary education, preferably with a technical or industrial focus. Previous experience in industrial manufacturing and CNC technology is an advantage but not a requirement. Furthermore, we expect you to have very good knowledge of the Swedish language in both spoken and written form. You should also have an understanding of English both orally and in writing.
You have the ability to work independently as well as in a team, and you have a high safety awareness and a strong focus on quality in your work. We also see that you are an engaged, flexible, and responsible colleague with good collaboration skills. Additionally, we would like you to have good computer skills and a knack for improving and influencing the organization for more sustainable work.
Swedish citizenship is a requirement for the position.
Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability.
