Here’s what a workday at Elos might look like:

As an assembler, you will be an important part of a team of about 15 people, working closely together and in close collaboration with other departments.

Your workday starts with a kickoff meeting where you and the team go through goals, plans, and priorities. Here, you get a clear picture of what needs to be done and how you will achieve this together. After the meeting, you go to your assigned workstation for the day - it could be our cleanroom, an environment with high demands for cleanliness and precision.

In the role of assembler, you will among other things:

• Inspect our customers' products according to the existing requirements.
• Assemble and package the products.
• Work with different flows that require rotation in workgroups.
• Work in different environments with varying cleanliness requirements.

In addition, tasks such as reviewing, labeling, and sewing according to specific grade classes will also occur. Each step is crucial to ensure the quality that our customers expect.
