About the Position

We are now looking for a meticulous and dedicated production worker for Håkan Andersson Mekaniska Produktions AB in Älvängen. The position is long-term and suits you who enjoys practical, detailed work in a smaller operation where everyone helps each other.

The work primarily involves gluing machined components where two parts are joined with epoxy glue. The job requires precision and attention to detail – somewhat like working with nails or fine mechanics. The work takes place in a special glue room with good ventilation and extraction.

In addition to gluing, the following tasks are also included:

Basic machine operation in a controlled CNC milling machine (the machine is pre-programmed and the task mainly consists of changing parts/fixtures)
Other production-related tasks

The role is versatile, which means that other tasks may occur and that you help where needed in the operation.

Flexible and enjoys a role where tasks may vary
Practical and not afraid to pitch in where needed
Previous experience in production, assembly, or CNC work is an advantage but not a requirement.

Please note that the work involves handling epoxy glue, which makes the position unsuitable for individuals with asthma or similar conditions.

Employment Conditions

Extent: Full-time
Working hours: Monday–Thursday: 06:20–15:32, Friday: 06:20–12:32

The position is a long-term consulting assignment via Ikett Personalpartner, with good opportunities for employment with the client after 6 months. Selection is ongoing, and we will only contact candidates who meet the requirements.

Håkan Andersson Mekaniska Produktions AB
We design and manufacture small series of prototypes, components, molds, and stamping tools as well as machines and handling equipment in most common materials, such as titanium, hastelloy, bakelite, SF-material, HCP-material.

CNC machining
Milling, turning, and spark erosion (sinking and wire erosion)
Welding
Contract manufacturing
CAD/CAM preparation (MasterCam), we handle most CAD formats
Other mechanical manufacturing

We currently have 9 employees and maintain a family-like work environment with short decision-making paths. Everyone helps each other and contributes to the whole.
