Job Responsibilities

As a Machine Operator with our client, you will work in various parts of the machining process, responsible for ensuring that the machines operate optimally and that production maintains high quality.

Your main tasks include:

Setting up, operating, and monitoring machining equipment, primarily manual
Quality assurance and checking completed work according to instructions and drawings
Troubleshooting and resolving production issues
Reporting machine faults and performing minor repairs as needed
Working both in programming rooms and on the production floor
Operating overhead cranes as needed

Working Hours: Shift work, full-time 100%
Location: Tranemo
Start Date: By agreement

Background and Personal Qualities

We are looking for someone who is meticulous, solution-oriented, and quality-conscious. You enjoy following instructions and routines but are also engaged in improving and developing work methods and processes. To succeed in the role of Machine Operator, we prefer that you have:

Requirements:

Basic upper secondary education, preferably technical
At least 3 years of experience as a Machine Operator
Experience with machining equipment
Ability to interpret and review drawings
Good knowledge of Swedish and English
Driver's license and car

Meritorious:

Experience with CAM programming in Mastercam
Overhead crane and forklift licenses
Lift and fall protection training
Hot work certificate
Knowledge of MS Office
