We at Manpower are now looking for a meticulous and dedicated machine operator for an exciting consulting assignment in Mölnlycke. As a machine operator at Tenneco, you will be an important part of the production where CNC machines, measurements, and quality assurance are in focus. This staffing is a collaboration between us at Manpower and our client. You will be employed by Manpower but work on-site at the client in Mölnlycke.

About the job as a machine operator

As a machine operator, you will be part of a process team of about 10 people and will have a central role in production. You will work with CNC-controlled machines, ensure quality through measurements and adjustments, and contribute to maintaining high standards for working environment and safety.

Your tasks:

• Operate and set CNC-controlled machines
• Perform measurements and adjustments
• Work according to safety, work environment, and environmental requirements

• Location: Mölnlycke
• Assignment start: Immediately
• Assignment length: 6 months, with the possibility of extension or employment with the client

Who we are looking for

We are looking for someone who has a genuine interest in technology and thrives in a production environment. You are meticulous, efficient, and responsible with the ability to plan and structure your work. You have a positive attitude, are a team player, but can also work independently.

Requirements for the position:

• High school education
• CNC training or equivalent work experience
• At least 2 years of workshop experience
• Knowledge of reading technical drawings
• Measurement skills for products
• Good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing

Meritorious:

• Experience with Lean, continuous improvements, and 5S
• Forklift or overhead crane license
• Good knowledge of English
