About the position as Technical Support/Team Lead
As Technical Support/Team Lead, you will be an important piece of the puzzle in Alcon's organization and will be given a unique opportunity to develop in a secure company. Initially, you will enter a technician role where you work operationally in production with service and repairs on the company's high-pressure washers and customer-specific solutions to increase product knowledge. As you become more comfortable in the role, you will grow into the position of Technical Support/Team Lead where you take greater ownership in customer dialogue and the development of the department. You will handle incoming customer calls and inquiries, plan and book service, and be responsible for goods reception and inventory management.

The role also involves contributing to structure and order in daily work through improved routines and planning. With leadership comes responsibility for task distribution and operational management within the team in the workshop. You will be part of a close-knit company and collaborate closely with the production team, sales organization, and all functions.

Your main responsibilities:

• Be responsible for service, repairs, and technical support on high-pressure washers and customer solutions.
• Handle customer calls and inquiries, as well as plan and book service and repairs.
• Be responsible for goods reception and inventory management.
• Contribute to structure and improvement of routines in daily work.
• In the long run, take greater responsibility for task distribution and operational management within the team.

About you
We are looking for someone with experience working in a technical environment, likely in roles such as service technician, mechanic, assembler, operator, or other equivalent roles. You have a good mechanical understanding and a strong technical interest, and you are also curious about leadership, where previous experience in leading staff is considered an advantage. We see that you
have experience in customer-facing roles and enjoy building good relationships. You have a B driver's license and access to your own car, good system skills, and very good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.

As a person, you are unpretentious, structured, and solution-oriented with a genuine technical interest. You enjoy practical work and actively contribute to creating order and structure in daily operations. Furthermore, you are driven and collaborate well with colleagues and customers to ensure that service and repairs run smoothly.

Important for the position is:

• Previous experience working in a technical environment, likely in roles such as service technician, mechanic, assembler, operator, or roles deemed equivalent.
• Good mechanical understanding and technical interest.
• Interest in leadership, where experience in previous leadership roles is considered an advantage.
• Previous experience in customer-facing roles.
• B driver's license and access to your own car.
• Very good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.
• Good system skills.

Meritorious:

• Technical education, for example in mechanics, vehicles, industry, or equivalent.
