About the Position

Our client is a leading player in the concrete industry that manufactures modern and sustainable prefabricated concrete elements. Thanks to strong order intake, they are now growing and looking for more engaged employees to join their team.

As a concrete worker, you will be an important part of the production – where you, together with your colleagues, create products used in construction projects across the country.

Your Responsibilities

In this role, you will work with:

• Formwork, reinforcement, and pouring according to drawings
• Careful quality control to ensure the highest standards
• Collaboration within the production team to meet deadlines and solve challenges along the way

We are looking for someone who

• Has previous experience as a craftsman or other practical work where you have worked from drawings
• Is meticulous, responsible, and enjoys taking initiative
• Has good physical condition and appreciates practical, physical work
• Has good knowledge of Swedish in both spoken and written form

It is a plus if you have

• Experience in concrete work
• Forklift or overhead crane certification
