About You

We see that you have a background in production technology or production quality. It is desirable that you have a few years of work experience in a similar role within the manufacturing industry. We are looking for a person with great will and commitment. You are meticulous, strongly solution-oriented, and technically curious. You have initiative and a desire to learn and develop.

Meritorious

• Previously worked as a machine setter or process technician
• Industrial technical education or equivalent work experience
• Automation training or equivalent work experience
• Electrical knowledge
• Pneumatic knowledge
• Forklift license
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English

About the Role

The main tasks include changing molds in machines and setting up auxiliary equipment, making machine adjustments, and addressing downtime and deviations for production. It also includes ensuring optimal processes and quality, assisting with trials and internal training. You will work closely with production and collaborate with operators to ensure an efficient and problem-free process. You take responsibility and work independently during lower times. The work is very varied.
