Job Responsibilities

As a welder at Mastec Components AB in Dalstorp, you will be an important part of a team that values craftsmanship and collaboration in everyday work. Here, you will primarily work with MIG/MAG welding and have the opportunity to work with both simpler details and more advanced constructions in black steel.

You will apply your precision in reading blueprints, ensure that the work has a fine finish through post-processing, and participate in quality controls to ensure that the final products meet high quality standards. The role offers varied tasks and a chance to develop in a team where support and learning from each other are key.

The working hours are scheduled for 2 shifts. Start date is to be agreed upon.

Background and Personal Attributes

As a person, you are meticulous, solution-oriented, and self-driven. You have an eye for detail and enjoy working in an environment where no day is the same. To succeed in the role of welder at Mastec, we would like you to:

Requirements:

Have previous experience in manual MIG/MAG welding.
Have a background in industry and a strong technical interest.
Be quality-conscious and knowledgeable about quality assurance for welding according to ISO 3834.
Have a driver's license and access to a car.
Have good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written.

Desirable:

Have experience in TIG welding.
Have knowledge in sheet metal processing, such as cutting, bending, or grinding.
