In the role of site manager with us, you will have a broad and varied role with great responsibility. You will be a key person in the management of our skilled workers and act as a coordinating contact for our hired resources. The position involves work with earthworks and construction, where you will primarily be responsible for operational leadership, planning, control, and follow-up of the work.

You will also support the project manager in daily operations, which includes customer contacts, digital follow-up, simpler cost calculations, and administrative tasks. In addition, you will drive your own projects, where you will be responsible for both execution and finances, as well as contribute to developing the business by attracting new customers and projects.

The majority of our assignments are within Värmland County, but shorter detours may occur. At Skandinaviska Markgruppen, we apply individual salary setting. Start date is according to agreement.

To succeed in this role, we see it as a requirement that you have:

• A valid B driver's license 

• At least 2 years of experience as a site manager

• Experience in earthworks and construction

• Very good computer skills and an interest in digital working methods and processes

• Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written

Meritorious is:

• Post-secondary education in construction, civil engineering, or water and sewage

• BE driver's license
