We are now looking for residential support workers for Brännbergsvägen 10, Brännbergsvägen 22, and Knaftvägen 76.

Your mission as a residential support worker is to assist individuals living in group homes according to LSS. You will be offered an exciting and developing job where you can use and develop your skills. Good treatment, effective communication, coordination, documentation, structure, and care are important keywords in a residential support worker's daily life.

Within the Individual and Family Care sector, we work to make full-time work the norm. In this position, work is scheduled at the residences Brännbergsvägen 10, Brännbergsvägen 22, and Knaftvägen 76 according to a schedule. Working hours are scheduled according to a day/evening/weekend, or alternatively night schedule; please indicate in your application if you are interested in working day/evening or night.

YOUR PROFILE

We are looking for someone with a nursing assistant education or other training/experience that the employer deems equivalent. Knowledge of disabilities and low-arousal approaches is advantageous. For this position, you need to express yourself well in spoken and written Swedish. You should also have a confirming working method and be able to utilize alternative communication methods such as visual supports and social stories.

We seek someone who wants to contribute to giving others meaningful lives and support them in their daily routines. You have the ability to adapt in your work and prioritize according to current conditions, seeing opportunities instead of obstacles.
