Job Description:

Your role as a social coordinator spans a wide area, which requires flexibility and a strong commitment and interest in people's development and living conditions. You will alternate between operational and strategic tasks. The role includes maintaining ongoing contacts with tenants, authorities, and organizations.

You will work proactively with, for example, disturbance cases, preventive measures, and safety issues within our residential areas and participate in various internal and external networks and collaboration groups.

Your work is company-wide, and you will collaborate with different parts of the organization. The role is part of the management department, and you will report to the management manager.

Competence Profile:

We are looking for someone who is a social worker, therapist, or has similar education. You enjoy working closely with people and find it easy to create good and trusting relationships. You also have good experience working with authority contacts, legal issues, conflict management, or similar tasks.

Good communication and administrative skills, as well as social competence with high integrity, are prerequisites for being suitable for the position. The role also requires a structured and systematic approach with the ability to express oneself professionally.

You need to have good knowledge of the various support functions in society and have a deep understanding of people's different life situations. We believe that you thrive in a dynamic environment characterized by high quality and that encourages collaboration.

We expect you to be proficient in both Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

A valid driver's license (B) is a requirement.

Personal Qualities:

As a social coordinator, you need to have a strong social commitment and interest in people from different backgrounds and circumstances. We place great importance on your personal qualities and are looking for someone who is calm, secure, and has high social competence. You find it easy to collaborate with others and create trusting relationships.

You are responsible, proactive, and enjoy working independently and in a structured manner. You need to be resilient and able to act rationally and calmly in pressured situations according to the conditions and requirements you need to adhere to.
